Killer Chiller works with air/water intercoolers which we don't normally have on the Z. The 100%-ON independent KC system seems good for a race car but without a matching retune it's worthless. I wonder what the true benefit is considering added weight, power draw off the alternator, and added sophistication. I suspect these kinds of systems would be much more common on high-end applications if the tradeoff was worthwhile. I really like the idea of using the stock A/C system as an additional heat sink but one would have to run a thermo analysis to determine whether there's enough capacity, either transiently or steady state, to be of any value. This idea has been around since the first car A/C systems so someone somewhere has a real good idea of what the real tradeoff is worth. I would not be inclined to try either the killer chiller or the add-on A/C system.
